CarPal Fleet is a delivery management technology solution that allows businesses to control the whole supply chain without (fully) owning it; while a dedicated support team assists businesses to scale and grow faster with the use of our system.

Omni-Channel Access

Order Monitoring
CarPal enables you to provide on-demand deliveries to your customers, you can dispatch in-house or contract drivers up to 30 minutes before the requested pickup time.
It is essential to keep an overview on all orders and track potential delays for both on-demand and scheduled deliveries.

Live Tracking
Driver locations are collected from the device’s native location service, which combines GPS, cell-tower, wifi, and other sensor data to accurately pinpoint a driver’s latitude and longitude while on-duty.
Track your fleet in real-time and access records for all past orders. View the exact route taken and analyse the pickup and drop-off timings for each order.

Spreadsheet Import
For bulk deliveries with multiple locations, CarPal allows you to upload spreadsheets with just a few clicks. Our software will automatically group the locations together based on your indicated parameter and preference.

CarPal’s interactive analytics page enables you to view historical data on orders, drivers and customers in actionable graphics, making it easier to identify peak hours, seasonality, as well as forecast future delivery needs.

Fleet of Contractors
In certain markets, we have a fleet of contract drivers available. The vehicles of contract drivers range from bikes, cars, vans to trucks. You may choose to tap into this pool to expand your existing fleet of drivers.

White-Label, API Integration and Customization
The CarPal Fleet system can be white-labeled to suit your delivery management business needs. We have an API available for integration with your existing systems.
Requests for customizations are possible. Depending on the existing development roadmap, we will quote a rate for your customized integration.

Update (software) CarPal Fleet

We are about to release a big update on our CarPal Fleet system for specifically transaction customers. Our team is constantly working to improve our products and implement features that you requested. The goal is to give more and more control to you, our customer.

The following features will be available soon:

Create private groups

Create private groups, assign orders and drivers to these groups. Groups allow you to manage a private fleet separated from the ‘default’ group of CarPal drivers.

When you create an order you will be able to select a group to assign it to. Only drivers that you have assigned to this group will be able to accept the order.

Create (a fleet of) private drivers

You can add your own fleet to the system and assign drivers to your own private groups. Choose to train your fleet specifically for orders that you will create for a group and keep them separated from groups (and orders).

Set your own rates

Over time, we learned that customers have a pretty strong idea on how much they are willing to pay to drivers, per job, or per location.

From now on you can define how much you are willing to pay to drivers for different groups. Drivers can belong to different groups and hence get paid different depending on the group.

We can provide you with a sheet that contains ‘recommended’ rates, as we also know how much a driver, on average, wants to make while doing a delivery.


We are also releasing an update for our API for you to extend integration. This should not break any existing integrations.


If you already have a ‘transaction’ account, you will see new features appearing on your dashboard over the next 2 weeks.

CarPal launches spin-off: PetMate

On-demand app lets owners book rides for pets

A local start-up has launched its own version of “Uber”, but for pets instead of human passengers.

PetMate, which started operating in Singapore last month, is an on-demand transportation service that allows people to book rides for their dogs and cats using a mobile app.

PetMate is a spin-off from CarPal, a local on-demand delivery service which was started by Dutchman Maarten Hemmes in May last year. Car drivers for the parent company courier small items, such as cakes and flowers. For hygiene reasons, PetMate and CarPal have entirely separate pools of drivers.

Release 0.1.6 Is Here!

We have just released a new version of the driver app.

The updated app contains an awesome new feature called ‘CarPal Hours’. If you let us know your preferred area and the time-slot(s) that you are available for CarPal, you can drive with an improved route and do jobs more efficiently.

CarPal Hours

Many of you have indicated that they are available during certain hours of the day within specific areas.

To help you find better matching jobs and make more money, you can now use a new feature called ‘CarPal Hours’ under ‘My Account’ in the app.

How does it work?

It’s quite straightforward; select a time-slot and area, and you are ready to go. We will automatically start creating a personalized route for you.

We do expect you to be fully available during the activated slots and fulfill the jobs as auto-assigned to you. The route can be assigned to you up to 1.5 hours prior to the start of the collection window.

Because we are just introducing this feature, we will (for now) first contact you on Whatsapp before assigning you a route.

Better matching jobs?

Now that we know your preferred area and the time-slot(s) that you are available for CarPal, you can drive with an improved route and do jobs more efficiently.

What about regular jobs?

CarPal Hours do not limit you in any way from accepting jobs the regular way. We will take your other jobs in to account if you’d like to activate CarPal Hours at the same time.

Don’t want to use CarPal Hours?

No problem. Just leave the option off and keep accepting jobs the regular way.
